Graphics/Web Designer

The Graphic/Web Designer produces visual solutions and representations for the website and other advertising needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizes and designs visual materials for web projects;
• Manages and maintains assigned website/s and ensures that updates are correct and successful;
• Ensures good site navigation and that the design is consistent is consistent with established standards and branding.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female not more than 30 years of age;
• Preferably with one year working experience on web designing or related field. Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply;
• Must possess a Bachelor\'s/College degree in Art/Design/Creative/Multimedia/Advertising/Architecture or equivalent;
• Knowledgeable in web publishing with skills in HTML/XHTML and CSS;
• In-depth knowledge in the following softwares: Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop/ Indesign/ Dreamweaver/ Flash;
• Good communication skills;
• Creative and has an eye for design and layout;
• With clear sense of originality;
• Resourceful and assertive;

JAVA Developer/Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Develops websites and web applications;
• Updates/enhances support of ongoing web development projects.

Qualifications:

• Male or female not more than 35 years old;

• Applicants with at least one year work experience are preferred, but fresh graduates or entry level applicants are also encourage to apply;

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;

• At least 1-2 years solid experience in Java Development;

• Worked on either Java Database and server technologies (like JDBC, Resin, Struts);

• With strong programming experience in the following platforms: C/C++, C#/ VB.NET/ASP.NET, Java (J2EE), Java Script/VBScript, JSP/PHP;

• Strong system analytical and debugging skills;

• Background in Library systems in a plus;

• Experience in handling or mentoring junior developers would also be an advantage;

• Design skills in Photoshop is a plus;

• High energy and self-driven with strong adaptability to work pressure in a fast-paces environment;

• Can work with a team or independently with minimal supervision; and

• With good communication skills and a strong drive to meet project deliverables.

The Librarian oversees and manages the selection, acquisition, maintenance, access and control of the library.

Responsibilities:

• Develops policies and procedures for library management;
• Maintains and manages an inventory of all library assets;
• Identifies and recommends library items for acquisition;
• Provides assistance to library users; and
• Assigns subject headings and other catalog information to all library assets.

Qualifications:

• Male or female not more than 35 years of age;
• With at least one year work experience.
• Degree in Library Science/Information Science;
• Experience with Integrated Library Systems (ILS);
• Licensed Librarian;
• Computer literate;
• Good communication skills.

The Editorial Assistant provides assistance to the editorial staff in the admistration of the commissioning, planning and production of print and special projects, and a broad range of publicity materials.

Responsibilities:

• Assists the editorial staff in all activities leading to a publication;
• Implements correction to manuscripts; fact-checking and proofreading.

Qualifications:

• Male or female not more than 30 years of age;
• At least one year work experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply;
• Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism and related fields;
• With Philippine studies orientation;
• Sharp english grammar and excellent content organization (good writing);
• Familiar with the print production process; and
